1. How long does the composting cycle take?

24 hours. After feeding, the aerobic fermentation runs a 24-hour cycle; output compost is discharged after the material matures (initial start-up takes 3-6 days of accumulation before the first discharge).

2. What is the output and how to use it?

The output is compost base containing active microbes. It can be used as soil amendment after further curing, or as organic fertilizer raw material. When discharging, keep about 1/3 of the material in the tank as base compost for the next cycle.

3. What cannot be put into the machine?

Plastic and foam packaging, metal, glass, large bones and shells, wooden blocks and chopsticks, textiles, batteries and chemicals. Sorting before feeding is required.

4. Do I need to add anything besides waste?

Yes. Microbial agents are added every 2-3 months (30 g per dose for CR-5 to CR-100; 100 g for CR-200 and above). Sawdust or similar bulking material is added at about 30% of the feeding volume, replenished together with the microbial agent change.

5. Is the machine noisy? Does it smell?

The fermentation tank is sealed, and the exhaust passes through a deodorization unit (filter maintenance every 6 months recommended). Noise level is comparable to normal kitchen equipment.

6. What about waste water?

Pre-treatment models (200 kg/day and above) include pressing dewatering and oil-water separation; the separated liquid goes to drainage, and oil can be collected for recycling.

7. What power supply do I need?

CR-5 to CR-100 run on single-phase 220V/50Hz (standard household and commercial power). CR-200 and above require three-phase 380V/50Hz. Other voltages available on request.

8. How do I choose the right capacity?

A practical rule: your daily food waste weight multiplied by a 1.2 safety factor. Send us your daily waste volume and type of facility — we will recommend the model and configuration.

9. What is the warranty?

One year from delivery, covering quality defects of components. Consumables (microbial agents, sawdust, filters) are not covered.

10. What is the delivery time?

25 calendar days for CR-100 and smaller models; 50 calendar days for CR-200 and above.

11. Do you provide installation support?

Small models are plug-and-play. Integrated and split-type systems include on-site commissioning by our engineers or guided installation via video.

12. Is the machine made of stainless steel?

Yes — full SUS304 stainless steel, including outer panels, is standard on all models, not an upgrade option.

13. Can the control panel be in my language?

Yes. English is standard; other languages can be customized for the control panel, PLC interface and nameplate.
